Game Rules

• Each player will roll the dice and move their token around the board in a clockwise direction. In the 1 dice mode, a player earns an extra turn if the dice reveals a 6. In the 2 dice mode, an extra turn is given to the player if both dice show the same number. If a player takes 3 consecutive turns, they are sent to Jail according to the 'caught speeding' rule.
• The board contains 25 normal properties, 3 bidding properties, 2 Risks, 2 Chances, 1 Airport, 1 Prison, 1 Go To Prison, and 1 Start space.
• If a player lands on an unowned property, they have the option to buy it. After acquiring a property, players can develop it by purchasing houses or hotels. The cost of a house is half of the property's price, while developing a hotel requires paying triple the property's price. When a player owns all properties in a color group, they can collect double rent for any properties within that group.
• There are 3 bidding properties: Subway, Railway, and Harbor. Players must win an auction to own these properties. Owning a group of Subway, Railway, and Harbor allows players to collect double rent for properties within the group. No houses or hotels can be developed on the bidding properties after purchase. Landing on an owned bidding property results in receiving half of its price.
• A player passing the Start space collects $2000; however, they do not receive money if they land directly on Start.
• Landing on Airport transports a player's token to the designated Airport location.
• Landing on Go To Prison sends a player directly to Prison. To be released from Prison, players must roll a 6 (in single dice mode) or doubles (in two-dice mode), use a Get Out of Prison free card, or pay the required fee. If a player remains in Prison for three consecutive turns, they must pay to leave.
• Risk spaces require players to follow specific instructions which may involve paying money, moving across the board, or going to prison.
• When landing on Chance spaces, players must also adhere to specific instructions which could include receiving money, obtaining a Prison Free card, or transportation to another location.
• If a player needs to pay more than they have available, they must sell their properties until they have sufficient funds.
